Summary
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the robwaterhause platform operated by Tarpin Finance Pty Limited (ABN 84 622 556 423, ACN 622 556 423). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any service on the robwaterhause platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. robwaterhause is licensed and regulated by Liquor & Gaming NSW under Licence No. 3297/2023/WB.
Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply unless context dictates otherwise:
- 1. Account: Means a registered robwaterhause customer account used to access sports, racing, and showdown betting services.
- 2. Betting Account: Means the primary wagering account held by a customer with robwaterhause.
- 3. Betting Account Wallet: Means the digital wallet associated with the Betting Account used for pre-match and racing wagering.
- 4. Showdown Account: Means the portion of a customer's account dedicated to showdown contest entries.
- 5. Showdown Account Wallet: Means the sub-wallet associated specifically with Showdown Account entries.
- 6. Customer: Means any person who has successfully registered and verified an account with robwaterhause.
- 7. Event: Means any sporting match, race, tournament, or contest on which robwaterhause offers wagering markets.
- 8. Market: Means a specific wagering option offered by robwaterhause on an Event.
- 9. Operator: Means Tarpin Finance Pty Limited (ABN 84 622 556 423) operating the robwaterhause brand.
- 10. Platform: Means the robwaterhause website, mobile site, and native application environments.
- 11. Regulator: Means Liquor & Gaming NSW.
- 12. Settlement: Means the final processing and evaluation of bets based on official results.
- 13. Wager or Bet: Means any amount of money staked by a customer on any market or event.
General
- 3.1: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the Customer, and Tarpin Finance Pty Limited.
- 3.2: robwaterhause reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to customers via email or platform notifications prior to taking effect.
- 3.3: It is the Customer's sole responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes binding acceptance of the changes.
- 3.4: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
- 3.5: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- 3.6: Any failure or delay by robwaterhause to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right.
- 3.7: These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and applicable Promotion Terms, constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and Operator.
Authorisation to Access and Use Our Betting Platforms
- 4.1: To open an account, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be an Australian resident; (c) not be self-excluded under the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop); and (d) not be prohibited by law from holding a betting account.
- 4.2: Customers are strictly limited to one account. Any duplicate accounts found may be closed immediately, and associated wagers voided.
- 4.3: Account sharing is strictly prohibited. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login details.
- 4.4: robwaterhause reserves the right to refuse account registration or close existing accounts at its absolute discretion without providing a reason.
- 4.5: Platform access may be temporarily restricted or suspended for scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or regulatory compliance checks.
Account Verification
- 5.1: Identity verification is mandatory for all accounts under Australian Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) legislation.
- 5.2: Verification documents must be submitted, which may include: (a) government-issued photo ID; (b) proof of address (utility bill or bank statement); and (c) proof of payment method ownership.
- 5.3: robwaterhause may utilize third-party credit reporting agencies and official databases to electronically verify your identity.
- 5.4: Account functionality, including the ability to deposit, withdraw, or place wagers, will be heavily restricted or suspended until full verification is complete.
- 5.5: Additional or certified documentation may be requested at any time to maintain active account status or clear high-value transactions.
Account Deposits and Withdrawals
- 6.1: We accept approved payment methods only. In compliance with Australian law, debit cards only are permitted; credit cards are legally blocked.
- 6.2: robwaterhause does not charge transactional fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment providers may apply fees.
- 6.3: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to all accounts and vary based on the selected payment method.
- 6.4: Withdrawals must be processed back to the exact same payment method utilized to deposit the funds originally where possible.
- 6.5: Standard withdrawal processing may take up to five (5) business days depending on bank clearance times and verification queues.
- 6.6: Additional security and compliance verification checks are mandatory before any withdrawal request can be approved and settled.
- 6.7: Wagering funds in your Betting Account Wallet and entry fees in your Showdown Account Wallet are held in separate ring-fenced structures.
Restricted Jurisdictions
- 7.1: The services offered on our platform are available strictly to residents located physically within Australia.
- 7.2: You must not access, attempt to access, or place wagers on the platform from any prohibited or restricted foreign jurisdictions.
- 7.3: Any wagers placed from restricted jurisdictions outside Australia are legally invalid and will be voided, with funds returned.
Fraud
- 8.1: robwaterhause has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity on our platform.
- 8.2: We reserve the right to void any associated wagers, close accounts, and withhold remaining balances in the event of suspected fraud.
- 8.3: Prohibited activities include identity theft, stolen debit cards, chip dumping, collusion, automated bots, exploiting software errors, and match-fixing.
- 8.4: Suspected criminal and fraudulent transactions will be reported immediately to law enforcement, Liquor & Gaming NSW, and Austrac.
Disputes
- 9.1: If you have a query, concern, or dispute regarding a wager or account activity, you must contact robwaterhause Support immediately.
- 9.2: We will investigate and endeavor to resolve all formal complaints in a fair, transparent, and reasonable timeframe.
- 9.3: Unresolved wagering disputes may be escalated by the Customer to Liquor & Gaming NSW for formal arbitration.
- 9.4: All wagering decisions made in compliance with our official rules and regulator-approved guidelines are final and binding.
Our Reserved Rights
- 10.1: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, cancel, or void any wager, suspend or terminate accounts, and withhold funds at our discretion.
- 10.2: robwaterhause may amend odds, correct obvious errors in displayed markets, or settle wagers on recalculated values, and is not liable for data entry mistakes.
Assignment
- 11.1: Tarpin Finance Pty Limited may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent.
- 11.2: Customers are strictly prohibited from assigning, licensing, or transferring their account rights to any third party.
Responsible Gambling
- 12.1: We are committed to providing a secure and supportive platform with active customer protection measures.
- 12.2: Account controls available include: Deposit Limits, Take a Break (Pause), Self-Exclusion, and Reality Checks.

Intellectual Property Rights
- 14.1: All content, logos, designs, software, databases, and trademarks on our platform are the exclusive property of Tarpin Finance Pty Limited.
- 14.2: You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse engineer, or modify any part of the platform without our express written consent.
- 14.3: Unauthorized use of any robwaterhause intellectual property or brand assets will result in immediate legal action and account closure.
Third Party Associations
- 15.1: Our platform may contain links, pointers, or embedded content pointing to external websites operated by third parties.
- 15.2: robwaterhause does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, security, or compliance of third-party websites.
- 15.3: Links to external providers are provided for reference only and do not constitute an endorsement of their products or content.
IT Failures
- 16.1: robwaterhause is not liable for wagers not placed, delayed, or resolved due to computer hardware, server, or software failures.
- 16.2: We will make all reasonable efforts to restore services and resolve impacted wagers fairly in the event of an outage.
- 16.3: We do not guarantee that our platform will be completely uninterrupted, secure, or free from operational software bugs.
Australian Consumer Law
- 17.1: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights guaranteed under the Australian Consumer Law.
- 17.2: Our liability under statutory consumer guarantees is strictly limited to resupplying the service or refunding equivalent stakes.
Customer Responsibilities
- 18.1: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete details at registration and keep your profile and contact information updated.
- 18.2: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their wagering activities comply fully with the laws of their local state or territory.
Funds Protection and Segregation
- 19.1: Customer funds are held in dedicated trust bank accounts, strictly segregated from the operational accounts of Tarpin Finance Pty Limited.
- 19.2: This financial structure ensures the security and protection of your deposited funds in compliance with NSW regulatory requirements.
- 19.3: Wagering balances and tournament entry fees are clearly separated across distinct wallet systems to ensure accounting integrity.
Promotions and Inducements
- 20.1: All promotional offers, bonuses, and special markets are governed by their specific Terms and Conditions.
- 20.2: Promotions operate in strict compliance with Liquor & Gaming NSW laws. We do not offer incentives to open accounts.
- 20.3: We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Race Fields and Integrity
- 21.1: All racing markets are offered in strict compliance with official Australian state race field approvals and integrity codes.
- 21.2: We share betting data with designated integrity and governing bodies to help detect, prevent, and report suspicious betting activity.
- 21.3: Using insider, non-public, or illicitly obtained integrity information to place racing or sports wagers is strictly prohibited.
Settlement Rules
- 22.1: Wagers are evaluated and resolved strictly in accordance with our detailed Sports and Racing Settlement Rules.
- 22.2: Official results declared by the governing body of the event will be the sole source used to determine the outcome of bets.
- 22.3: In the event of a dead heat, stakes are split, and payouts recalculated under official regulatory dead heat formulas.
- 22.4: We reserve the right to correct any incorrect settlement within a reasonable timeframe and debit or credit accounts accordingly.
Taxation
- 23.1: In Australia, recreational wagering winnings are generally not treated as taxable income under current ATO guidelines.
- 23.2: robwaterhause operates in full compliance with state and federal gambling taxes, levies, and licensing fees.
- 23.3: It is the Customer's sole responsibility to seek professional advice regarding any tax implications of their betting activity.
Privacy and Data Protection
- 24.1: We protect your data under the Australian Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
- 24.2: We implement advanced industry-standard encryption, firewalls, and security protocols to safeguard your personal details.
- 24.3: You have the right to request access to, or correct, any personal information held by robwaterhause by contacting support.
- 24.4: We will never sell or share your personal details with third-party marketers without your explicit, voluntary consent.
Variations and Limitation of Liability
- 25.1: We reserve the right to vary, suspend, or discontinue any feature, market, or service on our platform at any time.
- 25.2: Our total liability to any customer is strictly limited to the active balance of their account or the disputed stake.
- 25.3: robwaterhause is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, including loss of profits, wagers, or data.
- 25.4: These limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted under applicable Australian consumer and regulatory laws.
